You are always welcome to use the plumber of your choice for your own plumbing works but the body corporate has a preferred plumber for work around the complex on common property.
The preferred contractor is Adam Johns Plumbing – 0433 722 093. Adam is a licenced plumber and gas fitter.
If you have a blocked drain and the blockage proves to be on common property and not your service line, the body corporate will meet the cost of clearing the drain, provided our preferred contractor is used for the task.
If you use your own plumber, you must obtain body corporate approval before
commencing works on common property. If you use our preferred supplier, the work will automatically proceed without the need to wait for committee approval.
If your plumber charges more than what would be charged by our preferred supplier, the additional charge will not be reimbursed to you
